This scholarship is for graduating seniors and currently enrolled college students from the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas panhandle. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must major in engineering and/or environmental science at the school of their choice. Applicants must exhibit community service, leadership, and financial need. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA in college.
