This scholarship is for students in Kentucky who have hemophilia or a related inherited bleeding disorder, or who have an immediate family member who does. Scholarship money may be used for tuition, room, and board, and related expenses associated with post-secondary education at a university, college, trade, or vocational school. Deadlines for submission of an application are in July and January.
