Scholarship Overview
This grant is for US citizens or eligible non-citizens who are residents of Illinois. To qualify, applicants must be enrolled at a degree-granting, not-for-profit private college or university in Illinois that participates in the collegiate license plate program through the Illinois Secretary of State. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need with the completion of the FAFSA, maintain satisfactory academic progress as determined by the institution, and have not yet received a bachelor's degree.
