This scholarship is for students who will be enrolled in a full-time course of graduate study (except medical, music, studio art, and performing arts) at an accredited US university in the Great New York area. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be able to demonstrate an interest in and ideally be already involved in furthering US-Japan relations.
