Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for students from Stark County, Ohio, who are accepted to any four-year American college or university. Applicants must either 1) be a graduate of Strasburg High School in Strasburg; or 2) be a graduate of any public or private high school and be a member of one of the following churches: St. John’s United Church of Christ, Strasburg, Ohio; Lowell United Church of Christ, Canton, Ohio; or Poland Presbyterian Church, Poland, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a high level of academic achievement, have been involved in extracurricular activities, demonstrate financial need, and have a demonstrated love for and knowledge of the philosophy of individual freedom and limited government.
