Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for outstanding Texas FCCLA members. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be Texas residents and US citizens who plan to enroll in a Texas college or university. Scholarship recipients must attend the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Scholarship Reception in the spring to receive their award.
