Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for high school seniors at Jersey Shore Area High School in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited institution of higher education and pursue a course of study in education. Applicants must exhibit good citizenship and community involvement and have unmet financial need. Other than a strong potential for success, such factors as class rank and GPA will not be criteria in making a selection unless in the judgment of the selection committee such factors are needed to distinguish between multiple potential candidates. Applicants must submit an essay on a given topic.
