Scholarship Overview
This is a college scholarship for Illinois high school seniors who have taken the ACT or SAT. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be the children of deceased parents who were veterans of the United States who served after September 15, 1940, and were honorably discharged. They need not have been killed in action or died as a result of a service-connected disability.
