Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for high school seniors who live in Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be children of deceased parents who were veterans of the United States who served after September 15, 1940, and were honorably discharged. They need not have been killed in action or died as a result of a service-connected disability. Applicants must have taken the ACT or SAT.
