Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for permanent residents of Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled as full-time students at a certified institution of higher learning within the state of Illinois in the fall of 2013. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write an essay of 350 words or less on a given topic. Completed applications should be submitted to the sheriff's office in the county of the applicant's permanent Illinois residence by the deadline.
