This scholarship is for special education senior students whose parent or guardian is a member of their high school's PTA/PTSA. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to enroll in further education beyond high school graduation and their high school PTA/PTSA must have paid their dues to the Austin Council of PTA and be in good standing.
