Scholarship Overview
This scholarship program is for students from Maine’s 15 year-round unbridged island communities. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing their post-secondary education at a two- or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical institution. Applicants must have been residents of the island they claim residency for a substantial part of their formative years (K-12). Specific residency requirements vary by island; see application for details.
