Scholarship Overview
To qualify for this scholarship program, applicants must be graduating in the spring semester from a high school in one of the following counties in Alabama: Mobile, Baldwin, Clarke, Monroe, or Washington. Seniors from Sweet Water High School in Marengo County also are eligible. Applicants must also reside in one of the above counties. Applicants must plan to attend a four-year Alabama college in the fall, complete the FAFSA, have an ACT score of 21, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrate an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of $9,000 or less. Applications are available on the website from October through November.
