Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for residents of Cherokee, Graham, and Clay County, North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be high school seniors, current college students, graduate students, or college graduates planning to enroll in graduate school in the upcoming academic year. Applicants must demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and traits of high personal character/leadership abilities. Applicants must intend to pursue their college, university, or graduate degree within the state of North Carolina, and maintain full-time status. Semi-finalists will be interviewed by the Scholarship Selection Committee. Scholarships will be awarded based on respective ability, educational goals, financial need, and career ambitions.
