This scholarship is for learning disabled graduating high school seniors from the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must exhibit integrity, ambition, good moral character, and a strong desire to achieve a higher level of education. Applicants may major in any field at a Texas college or university of their choice.
