This scholarship is for full-time students pursuing a four-year bachelor's degree in business that will lead to a management career in welding store operations or a welding distributorship. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be employed at least 10 hours a week at a welding distributorship at the time of application submission. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have at least a high school diploma.
