This scholarship is for high school seniors in good academic standing from participating Western Pennsylvania area school districts. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be qualified and planning to attend an accredited two- or four-year post-high school education program. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay of 300-500 words on one of two given topics.
