This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Parkersburg High School in Parkersburg, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a career in teaching. Selection is based on academic achievement potential (2.5 minimum GPA); involvement in extracurricular and/or community activities; and financial need. Preference will be given to students who have displayed interest in foreign language study during high school.
