This scholarship is for gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender students or students actively involved in an LGBT rights organization. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be permanent residents of the state of Oregon or Clark County, Washington, for at least one year. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree at an accredited institution and demonstrate the potential to successfully complete their selected program of study.
