Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for Jewish high school, college, and graduate students in the Chicago area who plan to participate in an approved Israel Experience program. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be at least high school sophomores and no older than 23 years old and must live or attend school in metropolitan Chicago. Applicants must demonstrate evidence of leadership, a range of community service and involvement (either Jewish, secular, or both), and the potential impact of their Israel Experience. They must also participate in pre-Israel Experience programming before leaving, post-Israel Experience programming, and a Jewish communal activity after returning from Israel. Applicants must have applied to an approved Israel Experience program before applying for this scholarship.
