Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors and high school graduates who will be entering a participating accredited Oklahoma college, university, or technical school on a full-time basis for the first time in the fall of 2013 in pursuit of a four-year undergraduate degree. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been continuous residents of Oklahoma for the past six years. Homeschooled students are eligible. Graduate students and part-time students are not eligible.
