This scholarship is for high school students who have been accepted at a junior college, art school, conservatory, or four-year college/university by May 15 of their senior year. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been enrolled at Williamsport High School or reside within Williamsport or the general vicinity of Washington County for their entire junior and senior years. Applicants must have had a 3.4 GPA or above for their entire high school career and taken at least two advanced placement courses. Applicants also must have shown outstanding citizenship traits and have not been suspended from school during their high school career. When all other factors are considered equal, consideration will be given to students who have demonstrated a financial need. Scholarship applications are available from the public high schools in Washington County.
