Scholarship Overview

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must reside in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania and demonstrate academic achievement through evidence of working to one's potential and be accepted to an institution of higher education. Applicants must be able to provide proof of disability with a letter of confirmation by a physician after award notification.
