Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Preston High School in Kingwood, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of the Rowlesburg area (defined as living where school bus service is provided for students attending Rowlesburg Elementary School and Preston High School) and have been legal residents for at least four years. Applicants must have maintained a 2.5 GPA and have been accepted in an accredited two- or four-year college or university, technical/business college, or trade school.
