Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for worthy women who are residents of the state of Georgia. (Under IRS guidelines, preference shall be given to Chatham County, Georgia residents, then to women living in Georgia.) To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to study in any field except law, theology, or medicine; however, the field of nursing is an approved area of study. Applicants also must demonstrate financial need and have an acceptable grade point average. Scholarships will be awarded based on respective ability, educational goals, financial need, and career ambitions.
