This scholarship is for high school seniors in Minnesota. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to enroll full-time at a Minnesota state accredited community or technical college in an associate's degree program majoring in early childhood education or child development. Students must also meet one of the following criteria to qualify: have a disability or special need; have a history of working directly with children (0-12) from under-served populations; be members of a community of color, migrant, or refugee community; or be English as a second language learners.
