Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for girls between the ages of 13 and 16 who have been active members of the Ladies Auxiliary Junior Girls Unit for at least one year. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have held an office in the unit. Three letters of recommendation (one from a school teacher, a Junior Girls leader, and one other person of the applicant's choice) and school transcript are required. The winner of the $7,500 scholarship will have the award held for her in escrow until she enrolls in college.
