Scholarship Overview
This fellowship is for full-time graduate students enrolled in an accredited consortium member institution and for successful applicants for full-time admission to a master's or doctorate program at an accredited consortium member institution. To qualify, applicants must be US citizens. Underrepresented minorities, women, and persons with disabilities are strongly urged to apply. Those accepting the award may not concurrently receive other Federal fellowships or traineeships. To apply, applicants must submit a proposal; see website for details.
