Scholarship Overview
These scholarships are for current undergraduates who graduated from high school in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must be under the age of 30; be enrolled full-time at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school; and have a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to lineal descendents of Harry and Mabel Wisner and Guy and Florence Lemons; lineal descendents are required to be Scotts Bluff County residents.
