Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for deaf or hard of hearing students who have been accepted into a higher education or vocational program at an accredited university, college, or school in the United States. Applicants may also be hearing students who have been accepted into a program leading to a profession serving the deaf and hard of hearing communities at an accredited university, college, or school in the United States. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must live in one of the 16 counties in Tennessee that Bridges serves: Cheatham, Davidson, Dekalb, Dickson, Houston, Maury, Macon, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Trousdale, Smith, Stewart, Sumner, Williamson, or Wilson. Applicants must be US citizens. Staff or board members of Bridges and their relatives are not eligible for this scholarship.
