This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors within the foundation's service area, including the following counties: Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Jackson, Scott, Muscatine, Johnson, Washington, Louisa, Van Buren, and Lee in Iowa; and Carroll, Rock Island, Mercer, Knox, Henry, and Whiteside in Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time for the purpose of earning credits for a bachelor's degree. This scholarship may be used to pay tuition only. Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need (75%), and merit will be evaluated by school activities, community and personal activities, and work experience (25%).
