Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for students with a parent(s), grandparent(s), and/or legal guardian(s) who is licensed by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission in the year prior to application - only one relative must be licensed to be eligible. Applicants must be pursuing higher education at college, university, or trade school, and be enrolled as full-time students (12 credit hours minimum). Applicants must be at least high school seniors but no older than 25 years of age. Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated scholastic achievement, including but not limited to the applicants' GPA; financial need; completeness of application; and quality of essay.
