This scholarship is for high school seniors who reside in, and/or attend high school in the metro areas of New York/New Jersey; Miami Dade and Broward Counties in Florida; Los Angeles and Orange County, and San Francisco/San Jose in California. Applicants must be legal US residents. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write an essay on the topic: "How do I believe my studies in college will change my life?"
