Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for African American students in the Omaha community in Nebraska. Students are invited to submit applications to IMA explaining how they demonstrate the same character traits exemplified by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., including their involvement in church, extracurricular activities, and community service. Scholarships are to be used for further college education and/or vocational training. The recipients are also recognized at IMA's annual Mr. Luther King Jr. Recognition Luncheon.
