This scholarship is for graduating seniors or high school graduates from Ross County, Ohio, who are pursuing post-secondary academic or vocational training. It is awarded to allow these students to become self-sustaining. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled full-time; be pursuing post-secondary education at an accredited public or nonprofit independent junior college, vocational school, or four-year college or university; and have a 3.0 GPA.
