To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of Jefferson County, Ohio, maintain a 3.5 GPA, and be enrolled in a college or university program in business, marketing, or management. Scholarship recipients who attend Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio, will have their scholarship amount matched up to $500.
