This scholarship is for men who are high school seniors and who will be under the age of 19 as of March 1. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be fatherless; i.e., whose biological or adoptive father is actually dead or has been declared missing, pernanently absent, dysfunctional, or not functioning as a father by a competent authority. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be bona fide residents of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. Preference will be given to those desirous of obtaining a naval education and training. Early submissions are encouraged.
