This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors and non-traditional students who are graduates of a high school in south Wood County or Lincoln High School in Lincoln Nebraska. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted or awaiting acceptance for full-time enrollment at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or technical college. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write an essay describing why organized labor is important in American history. Applications are due March 1st and recommendations must be submitted by February 24th.
