Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for high school seniors in the 23 counties the law firm services: Mecklenburg, Gaston, Catawba, Union, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Lincoln, Rowan, Caldwell, Stanly, Iredell, Alexander, Burke, Robeson, Scotland, Richmond, Anson and Cumberland Counties in North Carolina; and York, Lancaster, Chesterfield, Marlboro and Dillon Counties in South Carolina. Scholarships are awarded based on school and community involvement, grades, SAT scores, and a presentation (video, PowerPoint, brochure, website, or essay) that encourages fellow teens to abstain from underage drinking and driving and highlights the dangers of drinking and driving.
