Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduate and undergraduate students with disabilities who reside in the Greater St. Louis Area. Applicants must be permanent residents of Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis City, St. Louis, Warren, or Washington County, Missouri; or Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Jersey, Madison, Macoupin, Monroe, or St. Clair County, Illinois. Scholarships will be awarded based on completeness of application, essays, and effort of the student.
