Scholarship Overview

This grant is for US citizens and eligible non-citizens who are legal residents of Illinois. To qualify for this grant, applicants must demonstrate financial need; be undergraduate students who have not yet received a bachelor's degree (graduate students are not eligible); be enrolled a minimum of three credit hours in a degree or certificate program at an approved Illinois college for either a semester or quarter term throughout the institution's tuition refund/withdrawal adjustment period; and maintain the satisfactory academic progress standards of the institution. To be eligible for full-year consideration, the FAFSA must be received by the CPS no later than August 15 for continuing applicants and September 30 for first-time applicants.
