Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for outstanding New York State high school graduates. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have graduated from high school and enroll full-time and be matriculated in an approved undergraduate program of study in a New York State postsecondary institution. Applicants must be in good academic standing and not be in default on any state or federal student loan or on any repayment of state awards. Applicants must be residents of New York State and be US citizens or qualified noncitizens.
