Scholarship Overview
This waiver is for students who are bone fide members of the Oklahoma National Guard at the beginning of the semester for which they are applying for a scholarship or by the scholarship application deadline determined by the institution. To qualify, applicants must have been certified as members in good standing by the Adjunct General, be Oklahoma residents, not currently hold a bachelor's or graduate degree, and meet all admission and retention requirements of the institution.
