This scholarship is for residents of New Jersey who have been residents for at least 12 consecutive months prior to enrollment. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been NJSTARS scholars who graduated from a New Jersey county college with an associate's degree and a 3.25 GPA or higher. Applicants must transfer/be admitted to a New Jersey four-year institution that participates in the Tuition Aid Grant (TAG) Program and must enroll full-time each semester. Applicants' family income must be less than $250,000 and they must apply for all forms of state and federal need-based grants and merit scholarships. Applicants must submit file the FAFSA by October 1 for fall and spring terms, and March 1 for spring term only; deadlines for submitting additional information are November 15 for fall 2013 and March 15 for spring 2014.
