Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for high school juniors who live and attend school in a state where Nordstrom currently has a full-line store. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have at least a 2.7 GPA throughout high school and volunteer or participate in community services or extracurricular activities. Applicants must plan on attending an accredited four-year college or university in the United States during the four years over which the scholarship is distributed; and plan to apply for financial assistance to attend college. Applicants must have not been convicted of any crime. Scholarship selection criteria includes: academic achievement and potential, community/volunteer activities, school activities, leadership, employment, awards/honors, and financial need. A scholarship of $10,000 is paid out in equal installments of $2,500 each year. All scholarship finalists will be interviewed in person or via video conference.
