Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating seniors of North Putnam High School in Roachdale, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must enroll in a two- or four-year post-secondary institution. Applicants must have a minimum of Core 40 diploma; a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0; financial need; involvement in extracurricular activities and community service; and good citizenship. Applicants must submit their "Intent to Apply" form electronically by January 4, 2013. Applications must be completed and returned to the Community Foundation Office by January 11, 2013.
