This scholarship is for current residents of East Palo Alto, California, or those who have permanently resided in East Palo Alto while attending high school. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, if a current graduating high school senior or a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, if a current college student. Applicants must have demonstrated financial hardship and be planning to enroll or currently be enrolled in a four-year college or university as full-time students.
