Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for students of Houston Independent School District in Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must graduate from HISD in May of the year applying and be a student with the highest rate of attendance for this current school year. If there are multiple students who fit the attendance criterion, the next deciding factor will be the highest GPA of the qualifying students. One female and one male student from each high school will be awarded a one time scholarship
