This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who have completed their last three years of high school at a school in Orange County, California. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of Orange County and be planning to enter the work force after completing a two-year vocational program (programs may include, but are not limited to graphic arts certification, computer coding, automotive repair, law enforcement, etc). Applicants must demonstrate a record of community service and leadership.
