Scholarship Overview
This is a college scholarship for high school students under the age of 20 who live in Tennessee. An eight to ten minute oration on some phase of the US Constitution, emphasizing the attendant duties and obligations of a citizen to our government is required to apply for this scholarship. Winners of the state scholarship competition will compete at the national level.
