Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for active members or their children who receive electric service from Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend an accredited vocational school, technical school, college or university; be of good character as evidenced by letters of recommendation; and demonstrate a coherent degree plan and willingness to pursue a course of higher learning. Two additional scholarships will be available specifically for lineman school.
